Our work focuses on opening doors—to safe, affordable housing and better health, to employment opportunity, and to recovery from substance use. We believe all people have the right to adequate housing and health care. We work to remove the barriers that restrict access to these rights. Society benefits when adequate housing and health care are available to everyone.

The Fort Lyon Supportive Residential Community provides transitional housing and support services to people experiencing or at-risk of
homelessness from across Colorado, with a priority on serving veterans.

Colorado Coalition for the Homeless and Fort Lyon Supportive Residential Community Annual Report archives are available for you to review.
