Accessibility
The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless' programs and services are accessible for people with disabilities.
Access features at our downtown campus include:
- Curb cuts and ramps between parking areas and buildings.
- Wheelchair-accessible entrances, corridors, and restrooms in the Stout Street Health Center.
- Automated door buttons placed at an accessible height.
- Level access onto the first floor with elevator access to all other floors.
- Locations near public transportation, and limited off-street parking designated for people with disabilities.
Interpretation Services
Interpretation services are available in over 240 languages including video remote American Sign Language. Directions and Parking
Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, there are several bus stops within walking distance of our main office, the closest stops being at Champa and 21st Streets, and at Broadway and 21st Street. The closest Light Rail stops are at 20th and Welton Streets, and at 18th and Stout Streets. For the best public transportation route, visit the RTD website and type your departing address in the trip planner.
Driving and Parking
There is two-hour metered parking in front of the Coalition's main office on Champa between Broadway and 21st Street. There are also several free one-hour parking spots on 21st Street between Broadway and Curtis Street. Several paid parking lots are located nearby on Champa Street between 21st Street and Park Avenue West.
