Situated on the former La Quinta Inn property, Park Ave Inn (PAI) is a non-congregate transitional housing shelter that provides support to individuals experiencing homelessness using a Housing-First Model. Onsite clients have a fully furnished solo room and an integrated care team to support them through their behavioral, medical, substance use disorder, mental health, and housing goals. 

The support team for the 103 residents includes case management, nursing , behavioral health clinicians, resident assistants and security who are available for client needs with onsite supervision 24/7. Meals are provided to clients every day. The program strives to meet individuals where they are at, using a low-barrier-model, with the goal of connecting to long-term housing and support. The unique PAI approach is designed to support trauma-informed care building self-efficacy and long-term sustainability for all of our community members.
