Income-Restricted housing is available to individuals and families who are looking for affordable units and have the ability to pay rent via income and/or vouchers. 

Applicants must income-qualify for affordable rates, including minimum and maximum income rates. Enter your annual income in the boxes on the left side of this page to see if you are income-qualified for our properties. 

Please note, the Coalition offers affordable security deposits with payment plan options as well as opportunities to waive first month’s rent. Learn more upon application to a specific property.
