For New Patients:

Stout Street Health Center is currently unable to enroll new patients for primary care and dental services. New patients are defined as patients who have never previously received any type of services from Colorado Coalition for the Homeless.

Our Psychiatry and Behavioral Health teams can take on new patients. Effective April 15th 2024, we have closed our wait list for medical and dental services. We will continue to evaluate our ability to take new patients and will update the website if there are any changes
