It is built to Enterprise Green Communities® and LEED® standards to keep energy costs and environmental impacts low. On-site case management and support services are provided to residents, as needed. Because of the value added by the Uptown project to the community, the Coalition received the 2010 Good Neighbor Award from the Capitol Hill United Neighbors Association.
