Co-pays and the cost of prescription medications often prevent homeless families and individuals from seeking medical and mental healthcare. The Coalition addresses these barriers by providing integrated healthcare services for homeless adults and children, including: wound care, infection treatments, immunizations and flu shots, diabetes and hypertension care, pre-natal and well baby care, prescription medications, dental care and comprehensive mental health services.
Nationally recognized for its provision of healthcare to the homeless, the Clinic is staffed by physicians, physician assistants, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, medical assistants and case managers. Patients requiring emergency and specialty care are referred to other appropriate providers in the community.
