The Coalition’s Community Resources staff help homeless individuals access services they need to end their homelessness. It is the first step for someone needing to connect with other Coalition programs and resources in the community. Community Resources offers assistance with: housing, short-term case management, referrals to other agencies, payeeships, bus tokens, benefit applications and advocacy.
Individuals who want to access Community Resources are asked to arrive by 8:30 a.m. weekday mornings to sign up for an appointment later the same day.
Community Resources served 1,799 individuals in 2010.
