The Coalition’s Community Resources staff help homeless individuals access services they need to end their homelessness. It is the first step for someone needing to connect with other Coalition programs and resources in the community. Community Resources offers assistance with: housing, short-term case management, referrals to other agencies, payeeships, benefit applications and advocacy.
Individuals who want to access Community Resources are asked to arrive by 7:30 a.m. weekday mornings to sign up for an appointment.
Community Resources provided services to approximately 1,000 individuals in 2013.
