The Coalition provides mental health assessments and treatment of unaccompanied homeless youth at Urban Peak, an overnight shelter and comprehensive support service provider in downtown Denver.
The Coalition also facilitates appropriate referrals to community providers as youth transition to mainstream services, therefore ensuring continuity of care.
