Bridges is a high intensity treatment team that utilizes the Assertive Community Treatment model in conjunction with the Mental Health Corporation of Denver to serve persons with serious and persistent mental illness.
The interdisciplinary team employs community-based psychiatric treatment; housing; rehabilitation; case management; vocational; and other support services. Bridges services are tailored to assist individuals who will need ongoing clinical support and case management once they have been housed.
