SPECIAL EVENTS COMMITTEE MEMBERS
Our special event committees are hands-on, working committees responsible for the success of external events. Committee members work on a variety of responsibilities including general logistics, promotions and marketing, volunteer management, sponsorships, and/or event day coordination. Volunteers may choose their tasks and responsibilities. Previous event planning experience may be helpful.
Home for the Holidays 5K Event
Committee members are asked to attend 1-2 committee meetings per month (by phone or in person) now through November. The Home for the Holidays 5K is scheduled for
November 13th, 2010
. Previous experience planning or running road races is a bonus.
25th Anniversary Celebration Event
Committee members are asked to attend meetings 1-2 times per month (by phone or in person) now through November. The 25th Anniversary Event will be scheduled for mid-November, 2010.
