The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is recognized nationally as a leader in the integration of housing, healthcare and supportive services for persons experiencing homelessness – serving more than 16,000 men, women and children each year. The Coalition provides lasting solutions to homelessness through over 40 programs including employment assistance and job training, street outreach, rapid re-housing, permanent supportive housing, individualized case management, family services, medical and mental healthcare, substance treatment programs, early childhood education and legislative advocacy.
