Please call your Senators and member of Congress today.  Urge them to support H.R. 4213, the American Jobs, Closing Tax Loopholes, and Preventing Outsourcing Act (also known as the "Tax Extender" Bill).  The bill will include $1 billion to capitalize the National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF) and $65 million for project-based housing vouchers. 

 

Colorado's communities need a NHTF to help build, rehabilitate and preserve affordable housing for homeless and low-income people.  Colorado is projected to receive $14 million annually from the NHTF.
